Rugged Embedded Computers
Our embedded ruggedized computing solutions provide enhanced performance for a variety of applications, featuring advanced Intel 12th-gen processors with up to 16 cores and 24 threads. With highly efficient thermal design, they can function at 100% CPU load and at temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 degrees C.
The rugged military computer systems have been designed with a rich set of I/O capabilities, including USB 3.2 for camera connectivity, Ethernet/PoE, and SATA. They can also be equipped with expansion modules to provide additional I/O and storage options such as PCI/PCIe slots and hot-swappable HDDs.
Dustproof & Waterproof Computing
Our rugged dustproof and waterproof computing solutions can withstand the harshest field environments, rated to IP65 or IP67 and designed with shock and vibration resistance to MIL-STD-810G standards and EMC to EN 55032/55035 or 50155. Powerful GPU capabilities make them ideal for edge AI applications.
The versatile IP65 and IP67 computers provide a variety of connectivity capabilities, including 10Gb Ethernet, 4G LTE modules, and M12 connectors with PoE+ for surveillance IP cameras. An optional CAN bus allows interfacing with other vehicle systems such as radar, sensors and tactical VoIP.
SEMIL rugged computers also feature a built-in SuperCAP-based UPS with support for in-vehicle ignition control, ensuring hardware protection and data integrity during unexpected shutdowns.
