The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) has extended its existing framework agreement with Micropol Fiberoptic for an additional two years.
This extension builds upon a landmark agreement originally signed in February 2023, which carries a total contract value of 178 MSEK, or approximately 15.4 MEUR. By exercising this extension, the FMV ensures a continued supply of specialized fiber optic solutions intended for use by both the administration and the Swedish Armed Forces.
The partnership highlights Micropol’s ongoing role as a trusted technical supplier within the Swedish defense sector. The original 2023 contract was awarded based on the company’s ability to meet the rigorous demands of military-grade optical infrastructure, a role that will now continue through the extended period.
