Trillium Engineering has launched Software Release 26.1, marking a major milestone in platform capability with full support for the newest HD59 Series and HD40-LVV imaging systems.
This update reflects a continued investment in advanced payload processing and the performance required to support increasingly complex ISR missions. By expanding sensor configurations and processing power, the release enables more sophisticated data collection across multiple spectral bands.
The new software introduces support for configurations featuring up to four image sensors, including EO, SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR. This includes compatibility with new 64MP EO sensors and high-definition MWIR and LWIR sensor options. For optical precision, the system now features continuous zoom across a wide range of narrow field-of-view sensors and integrated rolling shutter correction.
Technical enhancements in Release 26.1 also extend to laser integration and networking. The update supports up to four integrated laser devices, including designators, rangefinders, and pointers, for applicable configurations. Additionally, the software facilitates RFC3927-compliant local-link address assignments and provides updated payload packet information to improve product identification and system networking.
Operational stability and image quality remain central to this release. Users will find improved SWIR sensor tuning and expanded configuration options, alongside ongoing payload stability improvements. These upgrades work in tandem with advanced onboard AI and image processing capabilities to ensure high-fidelity performance in demanding environments.
