Lithium-Ion Batteries for Defense & Security

ALE’s Nano-Silicon lithium-ion batteries offer specific energies of up to and greater than 350 Wh/kg, providing enhanced operational endurance for mission-critical warfighter equipment such as communications gear, wearable technology, and field-deployed electronics. These advanced batteries incorporate our proprietary Zero-Volt Tolerance (ZVT) technology, allowing them to remain functional even after complete discharge and thereby eliminating failure risks.

All batteries comply with UN38.3, MIL-PRF-32383, AS9100D, and other demanding defense standards for durability in extreme environments. We have also developed a Bullet-Resistive Lithium-Ion Battery (BRLIB) that is capable of withstanding ballistic impacts without explosion or thermal runaway, providing enhanced safety under hazardous battlefield conditions.
