CACI EO/IR Imaging Systems

CM234

Powerful multi-sensor daytime and night-time ISR gimbal for tactical UAS

CACI ISR gimbal for tactical UASThe CM234 is an innovative tactical UAS payload that combines two HD EO sensors, one MWIR sensor, one SWIR sensor, a laser range finder, a laser target designator, and a laser pointer into a single lightweight form factor. Gyro-stabilized on four axes and weighing less than 6.6 kg (14.6 lbs), it is ideal for military ISR and target acquisition as well as law enforcement and security applications.

The rugged IP67-rated ISR gimbal delivers high-accuracy target detection and identification even at maximum zoom, enabling long-range DRI and extended stand-off distances. With on-board video encoding and processing, the system requires minimal additional hardware, thus reducing total SWaP footprints and maximizing flight time.

CM262

Ground-based EO & IR imaging system for vehicles & counter-UAS platforms

CM262 advanced EO/IR imaging gimbal for counter-UASThe CM262 is an advanced ground-based imaging system that has been optimized for on-the-move applications. With an HD EO sensor, MWIR and SWIR thermal imagers, and a laser rangefinder, it delivers excellent imaging performance even at high speeds and is ideal for ISR, counter-UAS, border protection, and perimeter surveillance.

The rugged all-weather EO/IR imaging solution is IP68-rated and incorporates cutting-edge video processor technology for reliable target detection, recognition and identification. Onboard processing features include object tracking, e-stabilization, roll stabilization, scene steering, and geo-lock.

CM102

Rugged EO & LWIR imaging payload for Group 1 & 2 UAS

CM102 Rugged EO IR imaging system for ISRThe CM102 combines high-definition EO and LWIR sensors in a compact and lightweight two-axis stabilized package that is designed for Group 1 and 2 UAS. Rated IP65 as standard with optional IP67 protection, the rugged payload is ideal for airborne ISR, force protection and search and rescue, and is also highly suited to counter-drone systems.

Weighing less than 900g (2 lbs), the low-SWaP imaging gimbal features fully integrated video processing and encoding, and offers a wide range of advanced features including target detection, recognition and tracking. It is compatible with MAVLink, allowing for tailored setup and easy integration.

CM102 MR

Rugged EO & LWIR gimbal payload for land-based and marine applications

CM102 MR rugged EO & LWIR gimbal payloadThe CM102-MR is a low-SWaP EO and LWIR imaging gimbal that has been specially designed to support marine and land-based platforms operating in challenging and dynamic environments. With two-axis active stabilization, it delivers reliable results even in rough sea states.

The rugged EO/IR gimbal payload is designed to MIL-STD-810H standards for salt fog resistance, and is also IP67-rated. Cutting-edge onboard AI and machine learning processing enables a range of advanced functionality including automatic target classification.

CM62

Ultra-miniature sUAS gimbal range with day- and night-time imaging options

The next-generation CM62 family of gyro-stabilized gimbals provides multi-sensor imaging for Group 1 and 2 UAS in an ultra-miniature form factor with weights of just 260 to 290 grams. The low-SWaP payloads are MAVlink-compatible, enabling easy integration into your drone platform and allowing autopilot and gimbal to be controlled from the same tablet.

CM62 micro gimbal drone payloads

CM62 gyro-stabilized gimbals are ruggedized to IP67 standards, and feature a comprehensive suite of onboard video processing features. The product range includes three options to meet a diverse range of mission requirements:

  • CM62 Standard – high-resolution EO & LWIR sensors for all-purpose imaging
  • CM62 Tri-Zoom EO+ – intermediate lens for enhanced mid-range daytime performance and a longer focal-length narrow lens for more pixels on target
  • CM62 LWIR+ – daytime & enhanced night-time imaging, with 18° HFOV that provides 84% more pixels on target than standard configuration

CM41

Low-SWaP & cost-effective daytime imaging payload for small UAS

daytime imaging payload for small UASThe CM41 is a cutting-edge yet cost-effective EO imaging system that has been purpose-built for small UAS. Weighing just 160g (0.35 lbs), it features full HD sensors with 18x zoom and tilt capability, and is compatible with MAVLink.

Ideal for ISR, the daytime imaging payload utilizes the latest H.264 and H.265 video encoding capabilities, reducing requirements for processing power, bandwidth and storage. Comprehensive on-board video processing features include object detection and recognition, e-stabilization, and roll stabilization.
