Mission-Ready, Blue UAS-Cleared & NDAA-Compliant Platforms for Defense, Government, and Security Operations

Vantage Robotics designs, manufactures, and supports mission-critical uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) entirely in the United States; from component sourcing to final assembly. Founded in 2013, Vantage has earned the operational trust of all four branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, allied partners, and federal agencies including the FBI and CBP, backed by R&D partnerships with the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, FLIR, and Stanford University.

The most compliant UAS platform on the market; Vantage systems are Blue UAS cleared, ATO credentialed through DIU. With over 3,500 units deployed globally and thousands of operational flight hours logged in ISR, force protection, urban reconnaissance, GPS-denied environments, and expeditionary operations, Vantage platforms don’t just perform in the lab, they perform downrange.

Every system is engineered for the dismounted operator: compact, covert, intuitive, and mission-ready in under 90 seconds. When seconds matter and failure isn’t an option, Vantage is the standard.

Vesper

Best-in-class night vision, rugged & portable multirotor UAS for trusted & secure ISR

55-Min Endurance |Dual EO + Thermal | GPS-Denied | Low Acoustic Signature | Blue UAS Cleared

Vesper portable quadcopter drone

Vesper is a military-grade micro UAS purpose-built for extended ISR, surveillance, overwatch, and data dissemination in the most demanding operational environments. Delivering up to 55 minutes of continuous flight time and a maximum range of 40 km, Vesper sets the endurance standard for its class; enabling sustained observation of objectives that shorter-duration platforms cannot support.

At the core of Vesper’s sensor suite is a 3-axis stabilized tri-sensor gimbal housing dual 4K EO cameras with 48× combined optical and digital zoom (3.5°–63° HFOV) and a 320×240 or 640×480 thermal imager. Gimbals are modular and easily swappable in the field. With a low-light threshold of <0.01 lux – equivalent to near-total darkness – Vesper sustains full-capability night ISR without external illumination, preserving operator concealment. Dual lens options provide simultaneous wide-area awareness and high-resolution target identification in a single pass.

Vesper’s modular rotor system is a mission-defining capability: a shrouded rotor set enables safe flight indoors, in confined spaces, and in close proximity to personnel; a requirement increasingly common in urban and subterranean environments, while a reconnaissance rotor set delivers enhanced speed (35 kts), endurance, and acoustic stealth (< 37 dBA at 25 m). Both sets swap in less than a minute.

Vesper NDAA-compliant UASFor GPS-contested and denied environments, Vesper employs redundant position control: multi-constellation GNSS, Visual Inertial Odometry (VIO), optical flow, and a downward-facing laser altimeter (0–30 m accuracy), maintaining stable, autonomous flight where adversaries deploy GPS jamming or spoofing. It is fully compatible with ATAK, UAS Tool, QGroundControl, WMI, DroneSense, and RAC2.

The complete system – aircraft, payload, Vision2 GCS, batteries and IP67 field case – packs to 1 kg / 2,300 cm³ and deploys in under 90 seconds. All communications and data storage are AES-256 encrypted, and the aircraft’s bonded construction prevents tampering with mission-sensitive hardware.

Trace

High-Performant Covert Nano UAS

36-Min Endurance | 48MP EO + Thermal | GPS-Denied | Sub-250g | Blue UAS Cleared| Undetectable

Trace nano uav

Trace is a sub-250g UAS delivering exceptional sensor capability in a pocket-sized, acoustically covert, American-made platform. At 161–212 g all-up weight, Trace is compact enough to carry in a cargo pocket, yet provides the ISR capability of systems many times its size; with a 48MP EO camera, 320×240 or 640×480 thermal imager, up to 36 minutes of flight time, and a 6 km line-of-sight control range.

Trace is purpose-built for environments where concealment is mission-critical: it is acoustically and visually undetectable at 30 ft against terrain and operates effectively in GPS-denied conditions through Visual Inertial Odometry (VIO) with scene illumination, supporting both daytime and night close-area reconnaissance without GPS dependency. Trace is equipped with a collision prevention system and is modular with its gimbal (three payloads to choose from), which are easily swappable in the field.

Trace miniature ISR droneAll communications and data storage are AES-256 encrypted, with no remote data connection to external servers. Trace is Blue UAS cleared, NDAA compliant, ATO’d through DIU, and manufactured entirely in the United States. It is fully compatible with ATAK, UAS Tool, QGroundControl, WMI, MS CAPE, DroneSense, and RAC2.

Together with the Vision2 GCS, the complete Trace system packs to 3 lbs / 1,700 g in a ruggedized IP-68 field case with 90 kg crush and 1 m drop robustness; deployable in 90 seconds from any terrain.
