Vantage Robotics’ Vision2 is a universal handheld controller for tactical UxV and robotic vehicle operators, powered by an octa-core Qualcomm QCS8250 processor delivering 15 TOPS of AI computing power. The Blue UAS-cleared and NDAA-compliant device runs a DoD security-scan ready Android operating system, supporting ATAK UAS Tool, QGroundControl, RAC2/WMI, Autonodyne Nexus, Motorola Solutions CAPE and DroneSense, alongside custom APKs.
Weighing 625 g / 1.4 lb without a radio, the compact IP54-rated unit features a sunlight-readable 7-inch, 1080p, 2,500-nit multitouch display with haptic feedback and night vision device-compatible dimming. Three two-axis analogue sticks and 14 tactile control buttons, including 11 user-programmable buttons, provide flexible control.
Vision2’s DoD-standard Swappable Radio Module (SRM) bay is compatible with Microhard, Persistent Systems, Doodle Labs and Silvus radios. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and optional LTE through a USB-C dongle. A three-constellation GNSS receiver supporting GPS, Galileo and GLONASS enables return-to-pilot and follow-me features, complemented by an integrated IMU and magnetometer. Battery life is up to four hours, depending on radio configuration.
Designed and built in the United States, Vision2 is Net Warrior compatible and provides AES-256 encryption, secure user authentication and an optional system wipe after failed logins.
