Trace

Vantage Robotics' Trace is a miniature pocket-sized multirotor UAS that provides a powerful combination of state-of-the-art imaging capabilities and class-leading stealth and flight endurance, resulting in a highly capable and market-leading ISR drone platform.

At 161–212 grams, Trace weighs in at well below the FAA’s intrinsically safe weight threshold, allowing it to be deployed for a wide range of missions without risk or added certification requirements. Offering up to 36 minutes of flight time, it can reach a top speed of 32 mph and is not visible against terrain at a distance of 30 feet.

Featuring a two-axis stabilized gimbal payload with a 48MP EO camera and a 320 x 240 or 640 x 480 thermal imager, the NDAA-compliant and Blue UAS-cleared Trace is ideal for covert reconnaissance and overwatch missions and is capable of GPS-denied operation. All communications and storage are AES-256 encrypted, and the platform is compatible with QGC, ATAK, WMI, and RAC2 software.

Together with the Vision2 GCS, the foldable drone can be carried in a durable and backpackable IP67-rated carrying case with a total system weight of just 3 lbs.
