WOLF Advanced Technology has announced it achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2, an important step in its effort to secure sensitive information and deliver reliable technology solutions to its clients.
The company is among the first Canadian organizations to obtain CMMC Level 2, aligning with the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) cybersecurity requirements. This certification highlights WOLF’s dedication to protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and upholding stringent security measures in the defense, aerospace, and rugged computing industries.
Utpal Patel, Vice President of IT & Cybersecurity, stated, “Achieving CMMC Level 2 is a major step in demonstrating how deeply cybersecurity is embedded in everything we do at WOLF. It validates the trust our defense partners place in us and reinforces our commitment to protecting critical information and national security interests. By meeting these standards, we’re strengthening our own systems and helping build a more secure and resilient defense supply chain.”
This new certification enhances WOLF’s existing quality management framework, which includes AS9100 certification for quality management and Joint Certification Program (JCP) approval for controlled defense information. These certifications collectively show that WOLF meets and surpasses the rigorous standards necessary to operate as a reliable partner within the global defense and aerospace sectors.
The company applies its disciplined, mission-first approach from the initial concept and design phases through to production and support for its engineering and manufacturing excellence to its cybersecurity program.
For WOLF’s partners and customers, CMMC Level 2 offers assurance that every product, process, and interaction is founded on solid security and reliability.
