The VPX3U-THOR-SBC (WOLF-16T1) is a rugged 3U VPX computing module built for next-generation defense systems requiring real-time AI, high-performance computing, and secure data handling in tactical environments. Featuring NVIDIA® IGX Thor™ architecture paired with a 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU, the module delivers up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI performance through its Blackwell GPU with 2560 CUDA cores and 96 Tensor cores.

Designed for advanced sensor fusion, image processing, and decision-support tasks, it enables C5ISR and situational awareness platforms to execute complex data workloads at the edge. Its SOSA-aligned architecture includes PCIe Gen4 switching with ISO 26262 functional safety and multiple TSN-capable Ethernet interfaces.

With 128 GB ECC LPDDR5X memory operating at 273 GB/s and configurable power between 70 W and 150 W, the VPX3U-THOR-SBC provides deterministic performance and mission endurance under −40 °C to +85 °C. WOLF’s precision-engineered cooling system ensures reliable thermal transfer for sustained compute density. Built for high-vibration and high-shock defense environments, this module offers long lifecycle support and certifiable safety performance ideal for armored vehicles, radar processing nodes, and AI-enabled mission computers.
