The VPX3U-THOR-CX7-FGX2-SBC (WOLF-16T0) integrates NVIDIA® IGX Thor™, ConnectX®-7 SmartNIC networking, and WOLF’s FGX2 FPGA video processor to create a secure, multi-function AI computing solution for defense ISR systems. The FGX2 provides flexible video format conversion for both legacy and high-bandwidth digital interfaces, enabling seamless interoperability with mixed-signal video feeds. With up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI compute from the embedded Blackwell GPU and 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU, the module delivers deterministic performance for mission-critical vision and fusion workloads.
Its 128 GB ECC LPDDR5X memory and ConnectX-7 SmartNIC support 100GbE and PCIe Gen5 connectivity, allowing secure, low-latency data transfer through GPUDirect, RDMA, and RoCE. Built for sustained operation between −40 °C and +85 °C, the VPX3U-THOR-CX7-FGX2-SBC employs WOLF’s advanced thermal system for efficient heat dissipation over 100 W. The SOSA-aligned module includes multiple TSN-enabled Ethernet interfaces, DisplayPort and SDI video options, and functional safety support compliant with ISO 26262.
