The VPX3U-THOR-CX7-PAY (WOLF-16TZ) provides defense integrators with a secure and high-performance computing payload for AI-driven command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. It combines NVIDIA® IGX Thor™ with a ConnectX®-7 SmartNIC to deliver 100GbE and PCIe Gen5 bandwidth, enabling GPUDirect, RDMA, and RoCE for low-latency data movement. Its embedded 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU and Blackwell GPU with 2560 CUDA cores and 96 Gen 5 Tensor cores support advanced analytics, multi-sensor fusion, and deep learning inference at the tactical edge.

With 128 GB ECC LPDDR5X memory at 273 GB/s and ruggedized construction rated from −40 °C to +85 °C, this SOSA-aligned 3U VPX module is optimized for embedded defense applications where reliability and throughput are mission critical. The design includes TSN-capable Ethernet, multi-display video output, and WOLF’s advanced thermal solution capable of dissipating more than 100 W of heat.
