The VPX3U-THOR-CX7-SBC (WOLF-16T5) delivers secure, high-performance embedded computing for military AI and defense mission systems. Combining NVIDIA® IGX Thor™ processing with ConnectX®-7 SmartNIC networking, the board achieves up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS through its embedded Blackwell GPU and 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU. Its 3U VPX form factor and SOSA-aligned design enable compact integration into tactical servers, ground vehicles, and airborne compute clusters where reliability and low latency are essential. The ConnectX-7 SmartNIC supports 100GbE and PCIe Gen5 connectivity with RDMA and GPUDirect acceleration for real-time sensor and data transport.

The board’s 128 GB ECC LPDDR5X memory delivers 273 GB/s of throughput, while its configurable 70–150 W power range supports deployment in SWaP-limited defense environments. Designed for continuous operation under shock, vibration, and extreme temperature, the VPX3U-THOR-CX7-SBC includes WOLF’s advanced heat management system to sustain over 100 W of dissipation. The module offers TSN networking, multiple video outputs, and advanced system security.
