Allient Inc. has announced it will present its latest suite of motion control and automation technologies at the upcoming Automate 2026 exhibition at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois from June 22-25.
The global designer and manufacturer of specialty Motion, Controls, and Power products intends to feature a curated selection of hardware tailored for robotic and humanoid robotic platforms. As a prominent manufacturer of torque motors and motor assemblies for automation, the company will showcase its high-torque ElectroFlux motors alongside a comprehensive range of frameless motors spanning diameters from less than 25mm to over 300mm, with axial lengths down to 10mm. Specific technology lines on display include SA Series Axial Flux Motors, PerformeX Slotless DC Motors, PerformeXG Slotless Gear Motors, and the MegaFlux Series.
The company will also feature an interactive live demonstration of its servo drives and motion control electronics. A newly developed AiC IPC Controller will manage multiple Pyxmos Servo Modules to power various motion stages, illustrating the capabilities of the company’s fully integrated hardware ecosystem. This setup brings together custom motors, motion stages, and electronic controls, supported by the Pyxmos Rack Servo Drive Platform and Integrated Drives (HTE and HTB).
To demonstrate its broader physical motion capabilities, the company will exhibit an expansive portfolio of precision motion stages. These linear, rotary, and multi-axis platforms are driven directly by the company’s internal rotary and linear motor technologies. Featured hardware in this category includes the ThruSight-Focus XYZ Stage, the ThruSight-Theta Stage, a 60×60 XY Stage, and a Standard Hybrid Hexapod.
A central focus of the exhibition will highlight how these frameless motors can be incorporated into fully engineered, application-specific housings or actuators. The company designs these custom assemblies and motors to meet distinct performance, packaging, or environmental criteria that exceed standard off-the-shelf product offerings.
Robert Mastromattei, Chief Commercial Officer & Group President at Allient, said, “We’re excited to be exhibiting at Automate 2026, where we will be showcasing our latest motion control and automation technologies. Automate provides a great opportunity to connect with customers and discuss how our technologies can support their applications.”
