Allient Inc. will showcase its advanced specialty motor, motion, controls, and power technologies at SEMICON West 2026, taking place October 13–15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
At Booth 5683, the company will present a range of precision motion products, including motion stages, frameless motors, linear motors, and servo drive technology, alongside demonstrations of how its motion stages can be integrated into equipment.
The precision motion stage demonstrations will feature ThruSight-Theta and ThruSight Focus, an open-center XY stage, an asymmetric XY stage, and a hybrid hexapod.
The ThruSight-Theta stage, mounted above an open-center XY stage, will demonstrate how Allient products can be integrated into semiconductor fabrication equipment. The configuration combines precision XY movement with continuous precision rotary motion while allowing a light source to pass through the clear aperture. Potential applications include semiconductor metrology, various forms of inspection, and wafer handling and processing.
Allient will also showcase its frameless motor portfolio, including the high-performance TG Series slotless frameless brushless motor kits and LS Series premium slotless frameless inner-rotor brushless motor kits.
Additional products include the SA Series frameless axial flux motors for low-profile applications, MegaFlux Series high-performance frameless direct-drive brushless torque motors, and ElectroFlux Series frameless torque motors designed for advanced robotics and precision motion control.
The company’s linear motor display will include the P-Series high-force ironless linear motors for demanding motion control applications, C-Series ironless linear motors for compact, high-precision applications, and custom linear motors configured to application requirements.
Servo drive technology will be represented by the Pyxmos Module.
Robert Mastromattei, Chief Commercial Officer & Group President at Allient, commented, “We’re looking forward to presenting our precision motion technologies and demonstrating how our products can be integrated into systems at SEMICON West 2026. This provides an opportunity to showcase the capabilities of our products and discuss how they can support customer applications.”
