Global motion, controls, and power products manufacturer Allient has expanded its line of frameless torque motors with two new compact sizes designed for space-constrained robotics and precision motion systems.
The newly introduced 25 mm and 38 mm options expand the existing ElectroFlux Series, delivering high torque density in a compact package. The high torque density is achieved through expanded use of smart automation processes. The motors also feature Printed Circuit Board (PCB) termination on the stator, which reduces size and simplifies integration.
Designed for demanding applications across robotics, precision instruments, optical instruments, and other motion systems, the frameless architecture allows for direct and flexible integration into customer products. The series is also highly customizable to support application-specific requirements.
Robert Mastromattei, Chief Commercial Officer & Group President at Allient, commented, “The addition of the 25 mm and 38 mm sizes expands the ElectroFlux Series to support a wider range of applications across robotics and precision motion. These smaller sizes provide additional options for integrating motors into space-constrained designs where quality, size, performance, and flexibility are key considerations.”
