Performance Drone Works (PDW) has officially finalized its acquisition of Vanteon, a Rochester, New York-based engineering company that specializes in RF systems, software-defined radios, FPGA development, and advanced communications technologies.
The transaction expands PDW’s communications engineering capabilities and integrates approximately 40 engineers and technical professionals into the organization.
