Motor Control Drivers

Our high-performance DC servo motion controllers deliver ultra-precise motor control for a wide variety of defense applications, including turret rotation, robotics, radar alignment, and weapon stabilization. Featuring advanced dynamic load handling and adaptive algorithms, they deliver consistent torque and speed control even under highly unpredictable conditions, and enable the execution of highly complex maneuvers with the utmost of precision.

The versatile controllers support multiple motor feedback methods including Hall, incremental, sin/cos and SSI encoders. They offer a range of different communications interfaces such as RS-232, RS-422, CANbus, and CANopen, allowing them to be easily integrated into virtually any design.

Redler’s ultra-reliable Power Rider PDUs feature advanced solid-state technology, ensuring robust and consistent performance under demanding battlefield conditions with longer service life. Each unit provides independently configurable channels and offers a multi-level suite of built-in safeguards including over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection as well as thermal fuses.

The rugged military-grade PDUs provide real-time diagnostics, remote configuration and event logging, and can be integrated into a wide variety of platforms via communications interface options such as CANbus, Ethernet and serial.
