Redler Technologies and Tesseract Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. (TASPL) have established a joint venture in India to localize mission-critical power-management and motion-control technologies for the country’s defense sector.
The new venture combines Redler’s expertise in military-grade power and motion control with TASPL’s understanding of India’s defense ecosystem. Bringing together international engineering expertise and local capabilities, the partnership aims to strengthen domestic technological capabilities and deliver solutions engineered specifically for Indian defense platforms.
The joint venture also establishes a foundation for local engineering, manufacturing, technology transfer, and long-term growth in India. The initiative reflects both companies’ commitment to strengthening India’s defense self-reliance and supporting the country’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
