Aeron Systems' Aldebaran is a rugged FOG inertial navigation system that outputs reliable position and navigation information even under long-term GNSS outages. Incorporating a multi-constellation and triple-frequency RTK GNSS receiver with best-in-class sensitivity, it features a proprietary parameter estimation engine that delivers fast alignment and tactical-grade navigation performance.

The rugged sensor is compliant with MIL-STD-810G, JSS-55555, MIL-STD-461E, MIL-STD-1275E and MIL-STD-704D. It provides serial RS-232/RS-422 and 1PPS interfaces, and can accept external odometer, magnetometer and air data. Applications include armored vehicle and unmanned systems navigation as well as platform orientation and stabilization.
