ParaZero Technologies Ltd. has secured a follow-on purchase order from a defense entity for the delivery of its advanced DefendAir Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) solution.
This latest agreement marks the second order from this specific defense entity, following an initial period of evaluation and training. The contract includes the delivery of DefendAir Personal Net Launchers and net pods, alongside a comprehensive training package featuring live exercises and simulation modules. These components are designed to enable rapid operational deployment and equip forces with layered, non-kinetic protection against hostile drones in both urban and battlefield environments.
The DefendAir system is a multi-layered, soft-kill CUAS solution that utilizes patented net-launching technology to intercept hostile drones. This non-kinetic approach is designed to ensure safe interception with minimal collateral damage, protecting troops, critical infrastructure, and urban environments. In multiple field trials, the technology has demonstrated a 100% interception success rate against evolving unmanned aerial threats.
The platform supports several configurations to provide flexible, mission-ready defense, including handheld launchers for individual operators, stationary or vehicle-mounted systems, and drone-integrated net pods. This versatility allows for the protection of convoys, VIPs, and sensitive installations.
Founded in 2014 by aviation professionals and drone industry veterans, ParaZero Technologies specializes in smart, autonomous solutions for the global manned and unmanned aerial systems industry. Beyond the DefendAir platform, the company’s portfolio includes SafeAir, an autonomous parachute recovery system, and DropAir, a precision aerial delivery system. The company aims to redefine aerial operations through intelligent systems that enhance safety, scalability, and security for commercial, industrial, and governmental operations worldwide.
