ParaZero Technologies Ltd. and ThirdEye Systems Ltd. have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to explore the development, integration, and commercialization of a complete Counter-UAS solution designed to protect armored vehicles and critical assets.
The framework combines ThirdEye’s electro-optical recognition and sensor capabilities with ParaZero’s DefendAir net-based physical interception technology. Subject to the execution of definitive documentation, the collaboration aims to create an integrated detect-to-defeat architecture covering the entire Counter-UAS engagement cycle, including threat detection, identification, threat analysis, engagement management, and controlled physical neutralization.
The initial focus of the partnership will be protecting armored vehicle platforms against rapidly evolving drone threats. The companies may also explore additional applications for critical infrastructure, strategic sites, and other sensitive assets requiring unified detection and interception. The field-tested architecture is designed to unite these capabilities into a single operational system, responding to growing military requirements for complete engagement capabilities.
