The OPENSIGHT Mission Console by FlySight is being integrated within MOSA (Modular Open Systems Approach) architecture, demonstrating interoperability between mission and avionics systems.
This integration highlights the potential of AI-powered situational awareness and visualization to enhance mission planning and system flexibility in open environments, demonstrating the advantages of modular and interoperable design. The system delivers real-time mission data visualization and sensor integration to support faster, more informed decision-making within modular avionics architectures.
OPENSIGHT is described as a multi-platform PED (Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) system created to support decision-making. It features independent platforms with modular plug-ins, each capable of being exported as a stand-alone application or library.
The system is fully customizable through software development kits for specific applications while maintaining generic compatibility with both internal and external systems. This results in a turnkey solution that is integrated into existing hardware and designed to fit with the legacy approach to make it more integrable. The design focuses on being scalable, interoperable, and adaptable to a range of mission requirements.
FlySight will be showcasing OPENSIGHT at Global Defence Aviation (GDA), table #49, which takes place from 21–23 October 2025 in Warsaw, Poland.
