DeltaQuad has joined the Dutch Coalition for Defence and Security (DCDS) by signing the Partners for International Business (PIB) covenant, creating new defense and aerospace collaboration opportunities between the Netherlands and Finland.
During this three-year partnership, DeltaQuad will collaborate with Finland’s deeptech defense industry, exploring opportunities for co-development of technology. The company will support NATO’s Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) capabilities with its VTOL drone expertise.
DeltaQuad aims to develop strategic partnerships with Finnish defense innovators and contribute to the Netherlands’ growing intelligent systems sector. It will also participate in trade missions, technology exchanges and matchmaking events, as well as advance autonomous flight capabilities for defense applications.
Alongside other members of its cluster, active on land, at sea and in the air, DeltaQuad intends to strengthen European defense cooperation.
This collaboration, also signed by 26 other Dutch defense and security companies, is significant as the Netherlands and Finland strengthen their roles in NATO’s JEF.
DeltaQuad’s participation supports the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Strategy for Industry and Innovation (D-SII), particularly in ‘Sensors and Intelligent Systems’, where the company’s AI-driven autonomous drones add strategic value to the European market.
DeltaQuad extends appreciation to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Netherlands Industries for Defence & Security (NIDV), and the Netherlands Embassy in Helsinki for supporting this initiative.
Looking ahead, DeltaQuad remains committed to supporting the D-SII’s key priorities, with its focus on advancing autonomous and intelligent systems aligned with the strategy’s emphasis on critical technologies like sensors and intelligent systems
DeltaQuad also plans to strengthen the Dutch defense industry by converting innovative ideas into scalable production and capabilities. By collaborating across defense, industry, and knowledge institutes, DeltaQuad strives to meet shared goals outlined in the annual action agendas and enhance defense-sector autonomy capabilities.
