Brandywine Communications President Michael Hash has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Denali Communications Group, effective January 2026.
Hash also continues to serve as president of Brandywine Communications, the largest business unit within Denali. As part of the leadership transition, outgoing Chief Executive Officer and President Allen Ronk is stepping down from those positions while continuing to serve as Chairman of the Board.
Denali is a private equity-backed holding company that owns several aerospace and defense businesses, including Automated Business Power (ABP), Mountain Secure Systems (MSS), and Brandywine Communications (BWC). All three businesses are experiencing strong growth, with Hash expected to help sustain and further expand that growth in his new role.
Within the group, Brandywine designs and manufactures precision time and frequency products and integrated systems. Ruggedized to operate in demanding environmental conditions, these products are used on satellite hubs, naval vessels, and military aircraft to support highly accurate and reliable communications and other platform missions.
Hash brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the role. He previously served in the United States Navy, supporting anti-submarine warfare platforms, and has held positions in engineering, program management, business line management, and general management at DDC-I, Leonardo DRS, Safran, and IDEMIA.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
Michael Hash, Chief Executive Officer of Denali Communications Group, commented, “I’m honored to step into the CEO role and look forward to working with the team to build on the company’s strong foundation.”
Allen Ronk, Chairman of the Board at Denali Communications Group, said, “The combination of Michael’s relevant technical expertise and industry experience will drive future improvements across all three companies, enhancing the quality of our products and services for customers while supporting continued growth.”
Ronk added, “I’m excited to continue supporting the company from the Board and have full confidence in Michael’s leadership as Denali enters its next chapter.”
