MMC
Brandywine’s Modular Master Clock (MMC) System offers highly accurate time and frequency outputs with dual-redundant capabilities. The embedded oscillator in each Master Clock Module can be synchronized by a variety of reference sources, including GPS, rubidium , Chip Scale Atomic Clock (CSAC) and Ovenized Oscillator (OCXO). Use of a Rubidium oscillator enables validation of GPS references, providing protection against spoofing attacks.
The 2U variant of the MMC offers 12 expansion slots for hot-swappable Output Signal Modules (OSM), while the 1U version provides 5 slots. Available modules include NTP, low-phase-noise frequency, time code modules (IRIG A, B, G, H, and NASA 36), BCD, PPS, PPM, Have Quick and optical crosslink.
