Brandywine Communications’ Flight-Qualified Airborne Timecode Processor (TCP) is a compact airborne timing solution engineered for precision synchronization in military and aerospace environments. The unit supports synchronization to multiple external references while delivering highly stable IRIG-AM, IRIG-DCLS, GPS HQ, NTPv4, and PTPv2 timing outputs. The processor supports IEEE 1588-2008 and GPS Have Quick II interfaces, enabling accurate timing distribution across networked defense and aerospace systems.
The TCP-AM is flight qualified and tested to MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461E CE102 and RE102 requirements for demanding operational conditions. The platform can accept IEEE-1588 input signals and convert them into IRIG A/B outputs for interoperability with legacy and modern timing architectures. Ancillary programmable pulse outputs, event inputs, RS232 NMEA messaging, and configurable synchronization functions provide flexible deployment options for airborne instrumentation, telemetry, and mission systems applications. Custom configurations are also available to support specialized defense integration requirements.
