Aeron Systems is set to significantly expand its production and innovation capabilities with the upcoming launch of a new 20,000 square foot advanced manufacturing facility.
The facility is scheduled to be fully operational by October 2025 and is a key part of Aeron’s strategy to meet growing global demand across the aerospace, defense, and renewable energy sectors. It is designed to consolidate cutting-edge automation, cleanroom precision, and global certification standards into a single location.
The new infrastructure will be AS9100D-certified, ensuring compliance with the highest aerospace quality requirements. The facility will be equipped with ISO Class 6 and Class 8 clean rooms, fully automated electronic assembly lines, and automated calibration and environmental testing systems.
Mr. Abhijeet Bokil, Managing Director of Aeron Systems, commented on the significance of the project, stating, “The next chapter of Aeron’s journey will be written here. This facility is more than an investment in infrastructure, it’s a commitment to engineering excellence.”
The site’s design aims to substantially increase production capacity while simultaneously supporting the development of next-generation products. These products include high-reliability navigation systems and rugged electronics intended for mission-critical applications.
Mr. Ashvani Shukla, CEO of Aeron Systems, added, “With this new facility, Aeron is not just increasing capacity, we’re building capability. It will power the next decade of innovation and position India as a global hub for high-performance electronics.”
