The T006 Rack features enhanced isolation between channels—addressing limitations of the previous T005 model—to enable more accurate simulation of extended-range datalinks. Paired with ARTS, Triad automates characterization testing that was once manual and time-consuming, significantly reducing engineering hours while increasing consistency.
ARTS supports testing for all THPR models and multiple radio and BDA configurations, including SISO, 2×2, and 4×4 MIMO setups. It has been validated with leading SDRs from Silvus Technologies, Domo Tactical Communications (DTC), and Doodle Labs.
The test suite includes Output Power, Datalink Fading, and Data Rate Throughput evaluations, all performed across the full operational range of each radio. These tests provide detailed performance profiles and support real-world assumptions such as Free-Space Path Loss, with results validated within a 3 dB margin during flight testing.
