Allen-Vanguard has appointed Bobby Strawbridge as their new President following the retirement of Mike Dithurbide.
The company, a global leader in providing customized solutions for defeating Radio Frequency (RF) based terrorist and extremist threats, has chosen someone with intimate knowledge of the business from multiple perspectives.
Bobby Strawbridge has been the Business Development Director at Allen-Vanguard for over 16 years, and is a career specialist with deep experience in the electronic warfare and counter-electronic warfare domains gained from key appointments in Northern Ireland, the US Department of Defence, and British Army counter-terrorism roles.
This operational expertise is reinforced by formal technical training at Cranfield University and extensive Program Management exposure. He has all the necessary technical knowledge and practical experience from a user’s perspective to drive forward new initiatives and capabilities that Allen Vanguard is renowned for worldwide.
Strawbridge has been instrumental in expanding the business into hard-to-reach markets, such as the Middle East, and his drive and enthusiasm have been vital in helping grow Allen-Vanguard to where it is today.
