ZPX-1
The ZPX-1 is a Mode 5 transponder that provides IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) and ADS-B capabilities for tactical UAS needing to operate both on the battlefield and in controlled civil airspace. With a weight of just 91 grams and a transmit power of 250W, the low-SWaP transponder can be integrated into platforms as small as Group 1 UAS.
The unit can be combined with a microcrypto system to enable tactical drones to benefit from the latest NATO-approved IFF encryption standards.
