The LSM800 is a ruggedized capacitive level sensor purpose-built for military UAV and tactical system integration. Engineered to deliver high-precision monitoring of fuel and oil reserves in dynamic operational conditions, the sensor’s anodized aluminum housing and solid-state architecture ensure reliability under vibration, shock, and temperature extremes. Custom-manufactured up to 450 mm in length with an AN-8 threaded mount, the compact design enables easy installation in confined defense-grade airframes and propulsion systems.
Operating with a 100 Hz output frequency, the LSM800 provides continuous, real-time data that enhances mission endurance and situational awareness. With ±1% measurement accuracy (±0.5% variant available), IP68 environmental sealing, and a 2-bar differential tank pressure tolerance, it supports both high-altitude and ground-based defense applications. Integrated electronics offer analog 0–5V, CAN, or combined outputs—eliminating external processors—while certification to MIL-STD-461G and RTCA DO160F verifies compliance with military electromagnetic standards. The sensor’s calibration in operational fluids, including Jet-A, JP-4, and JP-8, ensures data integrity for fuel management, leak detection, and mission-critical system performance.
