The LSM200-IP69K is a military-grade capacitive coolant level sensor developed for continuous liquid monitoring across tactical UAV platforms. Built from hard-anodized aluminum and certified to IP69K, it endures dust, high-pressure washdowns, and extreme heat without loss of precision. Its solid-state measurement principle ensures dependable readings regardless of orientation, making it ideal for installations where space or access is limited. Integrated electronics provide 0–5 VDC analog, CAN, or combined outputs, minimizing wiring complexity and external signal conditioning requirements.
Engineered for operational reliability in harsh defense environments, the sensor withstands shock, vibration, and differential pressures up to 2 bar (with 10 bar options available). It functions over a wide temperature range from –40 °C to +125 °C, with extended-range versions reaching +150 °C. Factory-calibrated to the specified coolant or fluid type, the LSM200-IP69K supports military fuels and coolants including JP-8, JET-A, AVGAS, and 50/50 glycol blends. Fully compliant with MIL-STD-461G and RTCA DO-160F EMC standards, it delivers continuous, high-fidelity fluid level data critical for mission readiness and platform longevity in military unmanned systems.
