The INS-FI is a state-of-the-art GNSS-aided inertial navigation system (INS) with an integrated IMU based on tactical-grade fiber optic gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers. It outputs high-accuracy horizontal and vertical position, velocity, and absolute orientation (heading, pitch, and roll) data with excellent reliability in both static and dynamic situations.
Featuring a choice of dual-antenna multi-constellation GNSS receivers from NovAtel, u-blox or Septentrio, it is ideal for a wide range of military land, air and marine-based vehicles and applications.
The rugged unit is IP67-rated for ingress protection against dust and water, and has been designed to MIL-STD-461 standards for EMC, EMI, and ERD protection and to MIL-STD-810 standards for environmental protection.
