Combined Naval Event (CNE) 2027 will return as a forum for naval and maritime collaboration, bringing together senior naval leaders, government officials, industry representatives, and international partners.
Taking place at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre, the event will provide a platform for dialogue and partnership across the naval and maritime sector. CNE 2027 is expected to bring together more than 2,700 participants from over 85 nations, including NATO and allied maritime forces.
The event is designed around operational and strategic priorities, enabling naval leaders, industry, and innovators to share insights, strengthen collaboration, and examine the future of naval power.

CNE 2026 will be held from May 19-21.
CNE 2026 will examine a broad range of operational and strategic priorities relevant to today’s naval forces. Areas of focus include fleet readiness, advances in ship design and technology, undersea warfare capabilities, awareness of the maritime environment, and evolving multi-domain requirements.
The event will feature six dedicated theaters offering sessions shaped by the evolving needs of modern navies. CNE 2026 is designed for those involved in shaping defense policy, advancing naval technology, or supporting maritime operations.
Participants can choose to attend to gain strategic and technical insight, exhibit to showcase new technologies, or speak to contribute directly to discussions shaping future capability.
CNE 2026 will feature expert speakers from across the global naval and maritime defense sectors. The speaker list will include senior military leaders, government officials, and technical specialists. The full agenda is currently in development and will build on the depth and relevance of past editions.

The previous edition of the Combined Naval Event drew over 2,200 attendees, with 220+ exhibitors and participation from 85+ nations. These figures highlight the event’s international scope and continued relevance to the maritime defense community.
CNE 2026 offers a platform for organizations to present their capabilities to senior naval officers, defense buyers, program leads, and international delegations. With representation from the UK Ministry of Defence, Royal Navy leadership, and NATO-affiliated attendees, the exhibition provides visibility among stakeholders involved in naval and maritime defense.
Exhibiting companies can position themselves alongside established defense suppliers and access a targeted audience focused on naval capability development and procurement. The event supports engagement between industry and defense leadership in a setting centered on operational priorities and strategic planning.
CNE 2026 offers tailored access options for naval, government, industry, and academic participants. Attendance is free for full-time serving naval and military personnel, non-commercial government department representatives, and other validated end-users. This includes organizations such as humanitarian agencies, emergency services, utilities, commercial shipping operators, and submarine cable network providers.
Academic and research institutions may also apply for access. Organizations providing products, services, or consultancy to naval forces must purchase a delegate pass.
Each pass type includes appropriate access to event content and networking, depending on the attendee’s role and objectives.
