The THPR1080 Range Enhanced Silvus StreamCaster Radio System combines a Silvus StreamCaster SC4210P-467-O radio core with Triad high-power RF subsystems in a compact, low-SWaP enclosure. This two-channel, C-Band amplified platform integrates the Silvus radio with RF amplification, control circuitry, filtering, and system interfaces. Operating from 4400 to 5000 MHz, it provides 40 W of total THPR output power to enable greater RF reach, increased data throughput, and longer link distances than the standalone radio.
The THPR1080 accepts +16 to +32 VDC input power and incorporates bidirectional amplifiers (BDAs) alongside SoC-based monitoring and control. Integrated real-time power measurement and link diagnostics provide visibility into RF performance while consolidating radio, amplification, and control functions within a 5.5 x 5.42 x 2.8-inch package. Its integrated architecture is designed for defense communications requiring extended C-Band links while minimizing additional size, weight, and power demands.
