The THPR1070 Range Enhanced Silvus StreamCaster Radio System integrates a Silvus StreamCaster SC4410-467-O radio with Triad high-power RF hardware in a low-SWaP enclosure. Built around a four-channel C-Band architecture, the unit combines RF amplification, filtering, control circuitry, and required interfaces with the Silvus radio core. Operating from 4700 to 5000 MHz, the THPR1070 delivers 80 W of total THPR power, providing increased RF output, greater data throughput, and longer communication distances than the standalone radio.
Designed for +22 to +32 VDC input, the THPR1070 incorporates bidirectional amplifiers (BDAs) together with SoC-based monitoring and control functions. Real-time power measurement and link diagnostics provide direct insight into RF and connection performance, while the integrated 9.21 x 5.77 x 5.35-inch package consolidates radio, amplification, filtering, and supervisory electronics. The resulting configuration extends the capabilities of the underlying StreamCaster platform without requiring separate external RF amplification hardware.
