Moxa EDS Series Industrial Ethernet Switches provide rugged and reliable network connectivity for mission-critical environments, supporting defence and government organisations that need dependable communications across distributed systems, remote sites and operational infrastructure. The series includes unmanaged, managed and PoE options to suit a wide range of network requirements. The EDS-200A and EDS-G2000 models provide compact unmanaged switching for connecting devices such as PLCs and sensors, with the EDS-G2000 offering full Gigabit options for more data-intensive applications. The EDS-P506E adds managed Gigabit PoE+ connectivity, with up to 60 W output per PoE port for powering devices such as surveillance cameras, wireless access points and rugged IP phones.
For higher-capacity networks, the EDS-G512E provides 12 Gigabit Ethernet ports and up to four fiber optic ports, supporting the upgrade of existing networks to Gigabit speed or the creation of a new full Gigabit backbone. Across the wider EDS portfolio, Moxa offers switches designed for harsh environments, with wide operating temperature options, industrial certifications, IEC 62443-based security, redundancy technologies and management features that support resilient, secure and scalable network infrastructure.
