Overwatch Imaging's PT-8 is a versatile imaging system that is designed for wide-area search, object detection, ISR, and sensor-to-sensor collaboration in both land and maritime environments. It provides two RGB sensors with different focal lengths as well as an HD LWIR sensor for ultra-reliable imaging both during the day and at night. Forward-looking RGB and LWIR video cameras are also utilized for enhanced situational awareness.
The sensor features advanced edge processing and AI-powered software, utilizing automated scanning and analysis and delivering real-time geolocated intelligence with significant reduction in operator burden. It can also be used to cue other networked sensors and devices.
The PT-8 is ideal for a wide range of mission-critical applications including search and rescue, maritime domain awareness, tactical mapping, multi-sensor teaming via CoT messaging, AIS signal verification, and more.
