Overwatch Imaging’s ASO (Automated Sensor Operator) is a powerful software-defined sensor autonomy platform that automates sensor tasking, wide-area search, detection, and onboard processing. Featuring advanced edge computing, it minimizes bandwidth requirements and operator workload while accelerating the delivery of actionable and georeferenced ISR data.

In addition to powering Overwatch Imaging’s smart sensors, ASO also upgrades traditional manually-operated EO/IR video gimbals, transforming them into AI-enabled ISR assets without the need for new hardware. This advanced capability provides high-fidelity coverage of wide areas and faster time-to-intelligence, while allowing operators to focus more on effective decision-making and response.

Overwatch Imaging’s platform-agnostic Smart Sensors are purpose-built for autonomous airborne intelligence, integrating high-resolution multispectral imaging with onboard edge processing and AI-driven autonomy.
