The Iridium Certus™ 9810 is a broadband module for integrating global voice and IP data into on-the-move and remote platforms. It supports multiple high-quality voice lines, upload speeds of up to 352 Kbps and download speeds of up to 704 Kbps. The module gives deployed systems enough throughput for web access, email, file transfer and other data-intensive operational applications outside terrestrial network coverage.
The 9810 can be paired with high-gain multi-element antennas or low-gain omnidirectional antennas to match the installation and platform. Its 500 g form factor supports integration into vehicles, vessels, aircraft and fixed equipment, while a wide operating temperature range and high humidity tolerance make it highly suited to austere environments. Connectivity is provided through Iridium’s weather-resilient L-band network with pole-to-pole coverage.
