KORKUT 150/35 is a very short-range air defense system designed to protect mobile and mechanized units. A KORKUT platoon is made up of three gun systems and one command and control vehicle, enabling coordinated detection, tracking and engagement of low-altitude aerial threats.
The system uses a twin 35 mm gun and fires programmable 35 mm ATOM airburst ammunition. It is designed to engage aircraft, helicopters, air-to-ground missiles, cruise missiles, UAVs and swarm UAVs, providing a mobile gun-based layer within short-range air defense architectures.
KORKUT 150/35 combines fire control, radar integration and high-rate cannon fire on a tracked platform, allowing the system to operate with the mobility required by armoured and mechanized formations.
