GuRu Wireless will showcase an untethered dual-drone persistent flight capability at the upcoming MOSA Industry Summit, highlighting how wireless energy transmission can keep small unmanned aerial systems airborne without interruption.
The live demonstration will feature a single 24 GHz Generator Unit capable of keeping two untethered small unmanned aerial systems continuously airborne. By supplying power remotely over the air, the technology removes traditional operational constraints by eliminating physical tethers, ground landings, battery swapping, and maintenance downtime.
This capability introduces a new model for persistent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, along with other critical operations that rely on uninterrupted airborne presence, operational flexibility, and a reduced logistical footprint. The wireless power system is designed to serve as an enabling layer for next-generation, modular defense frameworks and evolving operational concepts.
The technology exhibition will take place at booth 422 in the MOSA Innovation Exhibition Hall during the main event expo on September 22 and 23.
