Nokia has launched two advanced tactical communication solutions, a Mission-Safe Phone and an upgraded Nokia Banshee 5G Tactical Radio, enabling real-time battlefield intelligence and mission-critical communications in demanding military environments.

Nokia’s upgraded Banshee 5G Tactical Radio has been enhanced with 5G capabilities. The rugged, portable mobile ‘network in a box’ is designed for quick setup, strong security, and easy transport.

The radio provides higher bandwidth, faster speeds, and lower latency with 5G, meaning communications are more reliable in challenging conditions.

The company’s Banshee radio also offers a powerful tactical network anywhere it is needed, supporting instant coordination, fast data sharing, and better situational awareness in the field.
