Dantherm has unveiled the AC-M25 tent cooler, a high-capacity climate control solution engineered for demanding field operations and fully certified for the 60 Hz U.S. market.
Designed and manufactured for deployable tents, shelters, and temporary buildings, the rugged monobloc unit delivers both powerful air conditioning and electric heating in a compact, transportable form factor.
The AC-M25 provides 93,000 BTU of cooling and 16 kW of electric resistance heating, maintaining stable interior temperatures of 68–77 °F (20–25 °C) in ambient conditions ranging from -26 °F to +131 °F (-32 °C to +55 °C). Its cooling circuit integrates a high-reliability scroll compressor, microchannel condenser coils, HP/LP pressure switches, and automatic phase surveillance to ensure long service life and dependable performance in extreme climates.
Constructed from corrosion-protected aluminum sheet metal with a minimum 60μm topcoat and housed in a rigid galvanized, powder-coated steel frame, the unit is optimized for harsh environments. It is deployed externally, supplying and returning air through insulated flexible ducts. Dual air filtration is standard (G4/MERV7) with optional F7 (MERV13) filtration.
Purpose-built for logistics efficiency, the AC-M25 features two-way forklift handling, pallet strap-down compatibility, and stackability up to three units in storage. EPA-compliant with R513A refrigerant (40 C.F.R. § 84.54) and QPSus certified, the system is ideally suited for field hospitals, military encampments, and rapid-response infrastructure worldwide.
