Concurrent Technologies, specialists in the design, development, and manufacture of high-end embedded computers and embedded system solutions for critical applications, has secured a £2.2m contract to supply a major multi-national European Defence Prime Contractor with VME Processor Boards for deployment in air-defence systems.
The contract, to be fulfilled over the next five years in line with the manufacture of air-defence systems, represents Concurrent Technologies’ ongoing commitment to delivering reliable, deployment-ready and industry-leading embedded solutions to the market.
Concurrent Technologies’ VME Boards are designed and tested to operate in and withstand a number of harsh environmental factors and were selected by this major customer, meeting all necessary technical and security requirements with excellent support options.
The multi-year contract with a flagship client highlights the potential of the Company’s current generation VME boards in a substantial market.
