The company’s Nano Subminiature-D solutions are governed by MIL-DTL-32139 requirements and are designed to withstand extreme temperature variations, high levels of shock, and vibration while maintaining low milliohm contact resistance values.
The Nano-D series uses Omnetics’ Flexpin contact system, a one-piece stamped and formed contact design with four redundant contact points.

Nano-D / Bi-Lobe® Connectors – Single Row Vertical SMT (VV)
Omnetics’ Single Row Nano-D connectors provide rugged, low-profile configurations that meet or exceed MIL-DTL-32139 requirements.
The range includes SMT options for printed circuit board surface mounting, as well as straight tails, thru-hole horizontal, thru-hole vertical, wired cable, jumper, and MIL-DTL-32139 QPL variants.
Latching Nano-D Connectors
Omnetics’ Latching Nano-D connectors are designed to remove the need for threaded hardware and tools while retaining the rugged high-reliability performance of standard Nano-D connectors.
The Quick Latching connector system is available across surface mount, flex mount, straight thru-hole, and pre-wired configurations.
Dual Row Nano-D Connectors
Omnetics’ Dual Row Nano-D connectors are intended for critical miniaturized electronic modules where connector size and interconnect system weight need to be reduced.
The connectors meet or exceed MIL-DTL-32139 requirements and are available in horizontal SMT, vertical SMT, straight tail, thru-hole horizontal, thru-hole vertical, flex mount, pre-wired, jumper, COTS Nano-D, Standard Nano-D, MIL-DTL-32139 QPL, and Dual Row connector saver options.
Panel Mount Nano-D Connectors
Omnetics’ Panel Mount Nano-D connectors provide board and panel mounting options for miniature connector applications.
The range includes horizontal SMT, straight tails, flex mount, and pre-wired configurations. Omnetics also provides Nano-D dustcaps and backshell options for Nano-D / Bi-Lobe® connector configurations.
