Indo Defence 2027 Expo & Forum is Indonesia’s international exhibition and strategic forum for the defense, aerospace, maritime, and security industries. Hosted by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia, the event brings together defense industry leaders, government representatives, military officials, technology providers, and security professionals.
The event covers the latest defense technologies, military capabilities, aerospace systems, maritime solutions, cybersecurity, unmanned systems, surveillance technologies, and other areas shaping modern security. Indo Defence is held as a biennial event and has taken place since 2004. The 2027 edition will incorporate Indo Aerospace and Indo Marine 2027 Expo & Forum, bringing together tri-service defense, aerospace, maritime, and security sectors in one event.
When is the Event?
Indo Defence 2027 Expo & Forum is scheduled to take place from May 12–15, 2027.
Trade visitor exhibition hours are:
12:00 pm – 6:00 pm on May 12, 2027
10:00 am – 6:00 pm on May 13–14, 2027
The public visitor day is scheduled for May 15, 2027, with exhibition hours from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Themes
Indo Defence 2027 will focus on defense, aerospace, maritime, security, and military technology. The event will showcase systems and solutions across land, air, naval defense, cybersecurity, unmanned systems, surveillance, and related sectors.
Key themes include defense technology development, defense procurement, regional and international cooperation, technology transfer, business partnerships, and the continued growth of Indonesia’s defense industry capabilities.

Exhibition
The exhibition will showcase tri-service defense, aerospace, maritime, and security technologies and solutions. Exhibitors will be able to present products and capabilities to military authorities, government representatives, international buyers, and other defense sector decision-makers.
Indo Defence Forum
The Indo Defence Forum is designed for defense, aerospace, maritime, and security professionals to engage with military and defense officials, industry leaders, and decision-makers. Regional defense personnel are expected to attend and discuss key issues affecting the sector.
Business Matchmaking
The event will include a B2B business matchmaking platform for participating companies and professionals. The program is designed to help attendees arrange meetings with companies based on their stated interests, supporting business cooperation and market development.
Product Demonstrations
The Indo Defence Product Demonstration program allows exhibitors to demonstrate products in an outdoor area measuring 80 x 120 meters. The area will include LEDs, vehicle obstacles, and demonstration features. Demonstrations are scheduled to run across four days in several sessions, including a special product demonstration at the opening ceremony.
Technical Product Presentations
Participating exhibitors will be able to attend and deliver technical product presentations covering the latest solutions and techniques across defense, aerospace, maritime, and security. Attendance is complimentary, with seating allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Visitor Access
The exhibition is open to professional, business, and trade visitors. Trade visitor admission is free. The general public and visitors under 18 years old are not allowed entry during trade days.
Public visitor tickets for May 15, 2027, will be available through the app and website, with details to be announced.
