FEINDEF 27 will take place from 18–20 May 2027 at IFEMA Madrid, Spain. Spain’s International Defence and Security Exhibition has developed into a major European meeting point for defence and security stakeholders, bringing together governments, industry leaders, universities, startups, and international organisations.
Backed institutionally by the Spanish Ministry of Defence since 2019, the exhibition focuses on the role of defence and security in supporting peace, stability, and strategic resilience. The event addresses the six operational domains of modern defence: land, sea, air, space, cyberspace, and cognitive.

FEINDEF 27 is scheduled to take place on 18, 19, and 20 May 2027.
The exhibition will focus on international defence and security priorities, including technological innovation, cyber defence, sustainability, disruptive technologies, and smart logistics bases. Discussions and exhibitions will span the full spectrum of operational domains, including land systems, naval technologies, aerospace and air defence, space capabilities, cyberspace operations, and cognitive defence environments.
The event also highlights internationalisation and technology transfer, encouraging collaboration between established defence contractors, startups, universities, and research centres.
FEINDEF 27 will host a broad range of exhibitors, institutional delegations, and defence sector stakeholders from across the international market. The exhibition provides companies with opportunities to present products, services, and technologies to decision-makers and procurement representatives from around the world.
Large Prime Contractors and small and medium-sized enterprises will participate alongside technology centres and academic institutions, reflecting the full defence and security supply chain.
The event is expected to attract more than 43,000 participants and representatives from 68 countries, supporting business development, international partnerships, and strategic cooperation.
Startups, universities, and technology centres will contribute to an environment focused on collaboration and knowledge exchange. The exhibition will explore emerging technologies and innovation areas relevant to defence and security, including cyber defence systems, sustainability initiatives, disruptive technologies, and logistics infrastructure development.
Supported by the Ministry of Defence and international defence organisations, FEINDEF 27 brings together senior institutional representatives, commercial stakeholders, and strategic decision-makers.
The exhibition provides opportunities for dialogue between government agencies, defence companies, international organisations, and research institutions, supporting both commercial engagement and long-term strategic cooperation.
