WilliamsRDM designs and manufactures mission-critical cable assemblies and wiring harnesses supporting aerospace ground support equipment, aircraft systems, weapons integration, and test environments across air and ground domains. Our cables are engineered to perform in harsh operational conditions and are used to support the rigors of flightline operations, back-shop maintenance, factory integration, laboratory testing, and fielded weapons systems. WilliamsRDM cable assemblies are qualified to withstand up to 75 lbs of tensile strength per cable leg, operate across a –54°C to +74°C temperature range, and are available in EMI-shielded and non-shielded configurations, enabling reliable performance in safety and mission-critical applications.
Our in-house capabilities support low- to medium-rate production of complex interconnect solutions, including multi-branch harnesses, mixed-signal cables, shielded and high-density assemblies, and assemblies incorporating military-standard connectors. These solutions are routinely applied to support equipment, aircraft interfaces, missile and launcher systems, and artillery-related test and support applications, where reliability, signal integrity, and repeatable performance are critical.
As an AS9100D-certified OEM, WilliamsRDM provides both build-to-print and build-to-spec cable solutions, leveraging deep experience with aircraft-to-weapon electrical interfaces and test system integration. This allows us to help customers reduce integration risk, minimize no-fault-found events, and ensure consistent performance across development, production, and sustainment phases.
